    Hi,

I see you’re checking the site on a simulator mobile screen, please kindly recheck it on the REAL Mobile device to see the difference.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

Do you have any cache plugin enabling on the site ? If yes, please kindly try to disable it to see if the problem still persists?

You can also help check our demo site here: http://nitro.woorockets.com/niche-00

To see if the problem persists too ?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I’m having the same problem also. My website is https://www.misspirlanta.com/, yes I have a cache plugin > W3 Cache.

Please offer a solution for this because I’m losing customers visiting my shop in mobile.

    Hello, thanks for reply.

Yes it works now because I stopped using the cache plugin. But I need to use a cache plugin, otherwise website is much slower and I might be losing sales.

    Hello,

Is there any solutions yet? :/ My website’s load time is around 20seconds without a cache plugin and this badly effects customers’ retention and thus sales.

    Thanks!

PS: Also @Muhammed, sry if it seems I’m hijacking your thread but we got the same problem. A solution would work both of us 🙂
