I have been using Revolutin Slider for a while now and im quite used to it.
I bought the Nitro theme just for the shop page and the way the filters work etc.
How to i build the header and footer of the shop page with the Revolution slider?
I want to make it the same kind of look as the homepage, now it looks boring and dull.
I would like to restrict the use of Nitro to the shop page only. I use Divi and RevS for the rest.October 5, 2017 at 5:32 am #1332
Your idea is not possible to achieve because the theme can’t work like that as well as the Revolution slider is not used to build the Header or Footer for a website.October 5, 2017 at 7:48 am #1355
Hmm, check this site.
There you see a complete page made with RevS. Including headers and footers. So RevS is clearly able to make those.
The question is: how do i apply a made slider to the top or bottom of the shop page. While maintaining the products between them.
This should be possible.October 5, 2017 at 3:26 pm #1377
Please try to create a Header in Nitro > Header Builder > Add Text item and put your Slider here, to get the Slider on the Header.
Then go to the Widget > Footer > Add Text item with the Slider shortcode there to make it shows in the Footer area.October 5, 2017 at 6:14 pm #1387
I didnt test your answer yet but i assume you mean that i should use the short code of the RevS and paste it as a text item within Nitro header builder.
Thanks. If this works, it would be nice.October 6, 2017 at 5:44 am #1403
Yes, it will work for both Nitro Header Builder and Footer Widget item, I tried it already 🙂October 6, 2017 at 11:01 am #1412
Alright, i tried it and it works for the home page.
Unfortunately the slider doesn’t work at the shop page.
Any idea how to fix this?

Im almost done with all my questions regarding this site though, thanks for the help so far.
1) How to adjust padding (very important for me! It messes up my designs 🙁 )
2) RevS footer slider at shopOctober 7, 2017 at 6:58 am #1445
Did you add the Revolution Slider inside a text item in the Header ?
Because once you do it > the Slider will displays on all pages like the Header > So it will display on the Shop pages too.
1. How to adjust padding (very important for me! It messes up my designs 🙁 )
Please kindly more specific, which page and items ?
2. RevS footer slider at shop
Go to the Widget > Footer > Add Text item with the Slider shortcode there to make it shows in the Footer area.October 7, 2017 at 7:24 am #1448
Did you check the links I gave you? Because there is a big red error message about the revolution slider footer in the shop.
I added it like you told me to. And it works for the home page footer but not for the shop page footer.October 8, 2017 at 6:23 pm #1469
This a Revolution Slider problem, not from the theme, you can see that error and the fix right on the error:
Revolution Slider Error: You have some jquery.js library include that comes after the revolution files js include.
This includes make eliminates the revolution slider libraries, and make it not work.
To fix it you can:
1. In the Slider Settings -> Troubleshooting set option: Put JS Includes To Body option to true.
2. Find the double jquery.js include and remove it.
